I believe that we all should feel our best in every aspect of our lives while chasing and living out our dreams.  We each have a unique story and journey, and it takes time and effort to figure out the path that aligns with our authentic selves and provides us optimal health.  It has taken me time, injuries, health scares, and trial and error to figure it out…

Our lives are happening in the present, right NOW. Not yesterday, not tomorrow, not next week, or next year. I believe we should feel our best in every aspect of our lives while living our dreams in the present.

It’s not easy to figure out the formula that allows us to do this, as we are each on our own journey. The pathways we tread are unique, and equally, our bodies react to how we nourish them: by what we eat, our mindset, our physical movement, and how we take care of ourselves.

I’m a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach specializing in holistic health and wellness, nutritional planning, movement, and self-care practices.  I’m passionate about connecting with people and helping them implement sustainable changes that allow them to feel amazing while achieving their goals.

My purpose is to help you find the root cause of the issues preventing you from feeling your best, and then create a holistic plan that nourishes all aspects of the self, allowing you to transform into optimal health, and ultimately thriving. Because when that happens, it sets our SOULS ON FIRE!
